You upload your LinkedIn connections, and we cross-reference them against 60,000+ open roles at 20,400 hiring companies. The output is a short list of companies that are hiring right now and where you already have a warm path in. No outreach to strangers. No paywall just to see the matches.

How the matching works

The product is a static web app. When you upload your Connections.csv from LinkedIn, the file is parsed in your browser using JavaScript. It never touches our servers. We then check each company name in your CSV against our active jobs database, normalize for the 26 most common company suffix patterns (Inc, LLC, Corp, Holdings, and so on), and resolve parent-subsidiary aliases for 10+ mega-corporations so a connection at Instagram counts as a connection at Meta.

The 60,000+ open roles span six audience categories, refreshed every Tuesday and Friday from a scraper that pulls 501 search terms across major job boards. Volumes shift each week, but recent counts look like this:

• Sales (26,500+ roles): Account executives, account managers, SDRs, BDRs, sales engineers, solutions engineers.
• AI and ML (18,400+ roles): ML engineers, AI researchers, applied scientists, data scientists, MLOps engineers.
• Executive (11,000+ roles): VP, SVP, C-level, and director positions across functions.
• Marketing and growth (9,800+ roles): Growth marketing, demand gen, content, brand, lifecycle.
• Fractional and consulting (4,400+ roles): Fractional CFO, CMO, CRO, CTO, plus interim and advisory work.
• RevOps (1,900+ roles): Revenue ops, sales ops, marketing ops, GTM systems.

Cities where the open-role volume is highest

Geography matters. Roughly 60% of the open roles in our database concentrate in 10 metro areas. New York leads with 4,100+ active openings, followed by Chicago (880+), San Francisco (760+), Austin (750+), Dallas (660+), and Seattle (620+).
